Cooking
The meat is cut into cubes and boil until soft.
1 onion, carrot and celery cut into cubes and add to the meat. Also add pearl barley and cook the soup over medium heat until tender. Salt, pepper and put the spices to taste (Bay leaf, peppercorns, allspice, etc.)
To cast a little broth, cool and mix with the yolks.
The remaining onion finely shred. Half lemon cut into thin slices. Add all this to the soup for 5 minutes until tender.
Greens finely chop and also add to the soup and give a couple of minutes writing a rolling boil.
