Dish North Italian cuisine - very tasty and most importantly for me -it does not have long to conjure and polenta is very useful.

Cooking
Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 Cup grits and cook stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes.
Add 1 Cup milk, salt and mix well. Cook over low heat, covered for another 20 minutes. At the end of cooking stir in the grated Parmesan (half of the specified volume).
On a greased baking sheet to lay out porridge with a layer of 1 cm, allow to cool.
Mix cottage cheese with remaining cheese and herbs. Squeeze garlic press, stir.
Cut the cooled corn porridge into equal rectangles.
One to put the stuffing. Close second. You can sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the microwave for 5 minutes. Bon appetit!
