Nostalgia for the already leafless shining leaves and newyawka first snow. Creamy taste with the aroma of stewed vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetables

    300 g

  • Cream cheese

    250 g

  • Melted butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.25 coup

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    7 piece

Prepare the broth on the bone from a chicken breast, filling it with cold water /3-3,5 liters/. Remove the foam, add salt to taste and add the onions, carrots and peppers. Cook on slow fire for about an hour.

While preparing the broth, prepare vegetables and mushrooms. Cauliflower disassembled into small florets, mushrooms cut into plates, add the vegetable mix /you can't unfreeze/, saute vegetables and mushrooms - I make it in the microwave.

Stir and sent in the microwave for 5 minutes /until the liquid is evaporated/. Add 2st.l. ghee and another 5 minutes to mix up 1 time after I melt the butter/.

Take out vegetables - even waiting in the wings - and doing breast. Remove the skin, cut into small pieces, add 2 tbsp oil and cover and place in the microwave for 5-7 minutes-1 time /mix/.

The broth is filtered, add the brisket and the vegetables, boil 5 minutes, add cheese and chopped greens. Boil 2 minutes and allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
