Authentic Greek Tzaziki sauce or appetizer made from thick Greek yoghurt, with the addition of chopped cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. Since holiday season has already begun, I propose to expand the number of ingredients! So delicious and healthy sauce!

That's what we need in the first place!!! If you have Greek yogurt - you can use it. But it should be placed in cheesecloth and drain off the whey, we need a more dense consistency! I mixed the cottage cheese and yogurt.
Rubbed the cucumber on a coarse grater, put in a cheesecloth and squeezed the juice.
Rubbed the radish. Finely cut cloves of young garlic, parsley, dill. Added in cottage cheese and yoghurt mixture. Added olive oil, salt and pepper.
Use as a separate snack or as a sauce for the potatoes.
