Smoothie
The name smoothie "Grosia" emerged spontaneously from the first letters of the ingredients included in its composition. Useful, tasty recipe when cooking which retains all the beneficial properties of its constituent fruit, buckwheat flakes and oat bran, and whey. The recipe, like most smoothie recipes, aimed at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Try! Cook and be healthy!!!

Ingredients

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Cereals buckwheat

    3 Tbsp

  • Serum

    500 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Figs

    100 g

Ingredients required for making smoothies "Gracia". With fresh figs, I think it would be even better, but we did not find so I use dried.

When figs are fresh, it add at the stage of adding apples. But if dried, as in my case, then finely cut it into parts.

Figs mixed with buckwheat cereal and oat bran brand "Mistral".

Pour figs with cereal a little warm serum and leave for swelling.

Apple wash, peel, remove the core.

Chop the Apple into pieces.

Add the Apple to the swollen flakes and figs. Carefully beat with a blender. Smoothie "Grosia" ready!
