Dumplings from cheese dough
If you have never tried this dough - you have lost much! This is something new! It is not salty and not sweet, and differs from the simple dough. It is more soft, thin and very delicate. Well-behaved in working, good stick and is rolled out. In this dough you can wrap any filling as sweet: fruit, berries, thick cream or any unsweetened, such as: meat, mushrooms, onion with egg. In any case, get a delicious dish! I will share the recipe of your favorite Apple pies from the cheese test.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    30 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In a large bowl sift the flour with salt and mix well.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Cold butter cut into cubes. Add to the flour.

Knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

While the dough is in the fridge let's prepare the filling. Apples to peel and slice into small cubes. Sprinkle citric acid, sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
