If you have never tried this dough - you have lost much! This is something new! It is not salty and not sweet, and differs from the simple dough. It is more soft, thin and very delicate. Well-behaved in working, good stick and is rolled out. In this dough you can wrap any filling as sweet: fruit, berries, thick cream or any unsweetened, such as: meat, mushrooms, onion with egg. Cooking
In a large bowl sift the flour with salt and mix well.

While the dough is in the fridge let's prepare the filling. Apples to peel and slice into small cubes. Sprinkle citric acid, sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
