Description
I understand that in no way resembles a real French onion soup. Therefore, do not submit this to the contest too weak recipe... Similar did not meet, can, of course, and bad looking. But surprisingly easy and satisfying. Go and look!

Cooking
Everything is very easy. That's all you'll need for the soup. Yes, it's cheese and 2 onions.
Cut onion (if you are good, then finely, and fry before add to the pot, but I was too lazy) to cook it, until the water turns yellow, is approximately 7 minutes.
Toward the end of cooking, add a little carrot, herbs, salt (for an Amateur) and add seasonings.
While the onion cooked, I sliced the loaf. In a skillet melt butter in olive spread and slices of baguette. After about a minute they should turn, they will become a Golden color, but do not have time to burn.
Immediately put cheese on top and after a minute put the toast on a plate (if the cheese started to melt, it is possible to send them in the microwave).
Strain the soup through a colander, it is desirable that the glass as much as possible "stock".
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Pour it back into the saucepan and on the fire again.
Add grated cheese into the "broth".
Whisk directly into the fire, will rise a lot of foam, not to worry, this is normal, most importantly, to downbeat until smooth, without lumps.
Served with croutons, a rate of 2 pieces per bowl of soup. Bon appetit!
