Braised cabbage in Belarusian
The recipe is very similar to the "Lazy cabbage rolls", but the cooking technique is different, and therefore the taste, of course, another. I hope that this recipe will delight you, as a lean dish, your sweetheart with not a vegetable Supplement.

Cooking

For cooking, take the rice "Kuban" from the Mistral, wash well, fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook on slow heat for 20 minutes until soft.

While cooking the rice, onion cut into thin quarters and fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) until it will turn brown.

Carrots three on a coarse grater, add to the onions and simmer 5 minutes.

Cabbage cut into thin strips. Take a deep pan (saucepan), pour water (100 ml), put the chopped cabbage, pour 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil, put the pepper and Bay leaf simmer everything in low heat for 30 minutes.

To the cabbage add fried onions and carrots, put tomato sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, stir. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the prepared rice.

Stir, cook 5 minutes on low heat.

Postponing half-prepared meals. Vegetable dish: cabbage stewed with rice is ready.

Prepare not fast Supplement. On melted butter fry the ground pork.

Ready minced salt and mash with a potato masher.

Fried mince and add to the cabbage with rice, stir and heat over 5 minutes.
