Riet of mackerel
Mackerel is often on our table. This is a very convenient option for spreads on bread, as a snack or for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    70 g

Preheat the oven to 180C. Mackerel wash, remove the insides, marinate in mixture of salt, pepper and olive oil. In the middle put the garlic, peel the cloves completely peeled. Bake the fish until cooked.

The fish is cool, remove all bones. Finely chop the onion. 20 g butter to melt and fry the onion. Add the onion to the fish. Garlic peel, mash and add to the fish.

There add soft butter.
