Very tender, crisp, pleasantly melt in your mouth cookie... light, delicate and very very tasty!!! Prepared quickly and simply... always available in the fridge products... Personally, I cookies all ready for the first time... drew shortcrust pastry and a very interesting way of shaping cookies.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Softened butter, eggs and powdered sugar and mix thoroughly with a mixer on low speed until blended.

Add baking soda.

Starch is added by the spoonful, mixing well.

Add the flour gradually.

Knead a smooth dough.

From detachable dough balls about the size of a walnut.

Take a glass bottle. The neck dip in cocoa.

Placed on the neck of the ball of dough, press with your fingers. Gently remove, so as not to deform the perfect \"mushroom-champignon chick\". And so every, not forgetting to dip the neck in cocoa before each mushroom.

Bake in lined and greased baking sheet at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Here are shortbread crispy mushrooms... I first time in my life baked shortcrust pastry... I really liked... just remember sand tarts from my childhood.
