Chachacha with chicken and pineapple
Chachacha - Belarusian thick pancake, which is cooked in the oven, it turns lush and Golden, like the sun. I decided to prepare this pancake with chicken fillet and pineapple, and it turned out very very tasty, especially with sour cream. These pancakes can be served as snacks, to take on a picnic or for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Serum

    50 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Dill

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs into the bowl, add sour cream, whisk.

Next add the salt, sugar, whey (or skim milk), mix well. Soda Gasim lemon juice and add to the dough.

Sift the flour and mix well to avoid lumps. The dough should be stretchy, not too thick sour cream.

Boiled chicken breast cut into small pieces.

Dill wash and finely chop. Mix with chicken.

With pineapple, drain the syrup.

Detachable baking dish (26 cm) lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil.

To distribute in the form 1/2 of dough. Spread on top of chicken with dill and pineapple.

From top to distribute the remaining dough.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds. Bake in the oven preheated to 190 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes, until it will turn brown.
