Cupcake
Cupcake is not just the title, it really come from Warsaw.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Potato starch

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare products to have everything at hand.

Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla flavoring and starch, mix well.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and again stir everything with a spoon.

In the end add butter and mix well the dough.

It should look like thick cream.

Set aside in a separate bowl 3-4 tbsp of dough, add cocoa and mix thoroughly.

Cake pan to grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, excess of crackers shake.

Put into a form light dough, top, gently spread the dark dough, flatten, then hold the center with a knife a shallow furrow. Bake at 160-170*C for 50-60 minutes until dry toothpick. The finished cake remove from the oven, cool in the form.

Then the cake is removed from the form and cover any icing (I got lemon), for example: 1 Cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp or a little more water.
