Cooking
Butter (margarine) vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar.
To the butter mix add one egg and continue whisking.
Flour mixed with baking powder, add to butter-egg mixture and whisk.
Preheat the oven to 175С. Baking dish (26cm) to lay baking paper, put into it the dough.
Bake 50 min. to dry kindling. Follow the cakes.
Prepare the sauce. In small quantity of boiling water (from the total volume) is mixed with cocoa powder, sugar, coffee, rum. Stir well to avoid lumps, add the remains of the boiling water and leave to cool at room temperature.
To give the cake to cool in pan 15 min. Spokes (the author did chopsticks) make holes and fill fill. Pour through a funnel or a Cup with a spout. I have the spokes I took a pastry syringe with a narrow nozzle, it did deepen and poured over the 1st. L. fill. You can pour more.
Remnants fill to fill the pie.
