Cooking
First make a sponge cake. The chocolate and butter melt in a water bath.
RUB the yolks with sugar and add melted white chocolate.

While baked cake, prepare the impregnation. Cherry juice and bring to a boil. Starch dissolve in a small amount of cold cherry juice and put into the boiling juice, stirring constantly, i.e. as you boil the jelly. Add in the cherries. Allow to boil and remove from heat (if the juice is very acidic, add sugar to taste).
Biscuit cut lengthwise into 2-3 pieces. Smear the first layer of jelly with a cherry.
For the cream beat sour cream with sugar. Whisk until cool foam 6-8 minutes and put the cream on first impregnated with a jelly cake. Then cover with a second Korzh.
