Garlic

Vegetable oil

3 Tbsp

2 Tbsp

Vinegar essence
2 Tbsp
Cooking
Mince the tomatoes...
Carrots...
Onions...
And beets.
Add Rast. butter, sugar, salt and 1 tbsp of ground black pepper. All mix well and put on to cook. When it boils, cook on a medium heat 1.5 hours. Stirring constantly.
5 minutes before end of cooking add the garlic and vinegar.
Pack in sterilized jars and preserve.
