Pickles
Canned cucumbers so for several years and we love them. Cucumbers are tasty with the aroma of garlic, dill and mustard.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    60 ml

  • Water

    60 ml

Cucumbers wash, cut off the "butt" and cut along the fruit thin slices. (peel can be cleaned, and can be left. It's like anything) Better to use a special peeler.

Put the plate into the bowl. There also add chopped garlic (I cut thin slices), dill, salt, pepper, mustard, and sugar. Pour the vinegar, water and oil.

Stir and leave for 1-2 hours. Through this time the cucumbers will soften and emit a lot of juice.

Plates spread with 0.5-l prosterilizovat banks and pour juice. Put in a saucepan, cover the jar lid, pour water in the "neck" of the jar. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and sterilize jars for 20 minutes.
