Since 2018, according to the Eastern calendar is the year of Yellow earth dog, I suggest You make a salad with the symbol of the New year. Even if you don't adhere to Eastern traditions, in any case, the design and taste of this salad will delight your guests and especially kids.

Potatoes and boil the eggs in advance, peel. On a coarse grater grate the potato and cut the yolk of the egg.

Put the cucumbers in the salad.
Clean sour Apple, also three on a large grater. Add the grated cheese.
Finely chop the crab sticks. If you are an ardent opponent of this product, you can replace boiled chicken, although the taste will of course be others.
Add the mayonnaise, preferably homemade, mix. I have these salads are not salted, they have enough salt.
Take a large plate or platter and put the salad in the shape of dog faces. I recommend to draw a "model" in advance on the sheet and to mold the salad.
Three eggs on a large grater and put on top, giving a "rough" face.
Halves black olives make the eyes, nose, mouth. Cut the olives into strips, make lashes. From small pieces of olives "draw moles" - cheeks. The salad is served chilled. All the best to You!
