Lean eintopf beans
I have a weakness for intoppa, because in one dish aligned and the first and second, and the dishes don't need much to dirty for cooking. Although eintopf is considered a dish of the German cuisine, but this recipe I found in one learn how "lean eintopf French beans".

To prepare this recipe it is advisable to take white beans. I used the "Blanche" small white "Mistral".

Pre-soak beans for 4 hours. Then the water is drained, pour fresh in the ratio of 1 to 5 and cook the beans according to the instructions on the packaging about 1.5 hours.

Vegetables wash, peel. Cut into small cubes carrots and onions. Finely chop the garlic.

Diced cut tomatoes.

Take a skillet (pan with high sides) or a pot with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil heat, put the chopped onion, carrot and garlic. Fry the vegetables (but not fry).

Add chopped tomatoes, fry for about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked beans along with the liquid. Stir.

Put salt, freshly ground black pepper, Bay leaf. You should also add the sprig of lovage, thyme and rosemary. I added in the form of dried herbs.

Add the diced zucchini.

Mix everything together, cover close and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
