Cooking
Knead the dough for tartlets. For this margarine to soften and RUB thoroughly with flour. Add sour cream, salt and knead the dough. Cover with film and put in the cold for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles and put them in molds for tartlets. To maintain the shape in the tartlets is recommended to put the beans or peas. Send in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-30 minutes.
At the bottom of the tartlets are ready to put fish slices. Then cover with a slice of cucumber.
In blender, chop remaining fish and cheese – this is a red mousse. Avocado peel and remove the bone. The pulp of the fruit and lemon juice, mix in blender, add salt and pepper – get the green mousse.
To both put mousse in tartlets. Decorate the top with egg and red caviar.
