Herring with beets and vegetables
Since my husband loves herring, I once a week, always cooking. Today they prepared the herring with beets and vegetables. The recipe is very simple, but herring turns out incredibly flavorful and tender. Invite, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Beets

    200 g

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Balsamic

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Tomato paste

    50 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

The first thing we need to marinate the beets. Three boiled beets on brachnoi grater. Prepare the marinade. In a jar 50g finely chop the onion and add rest of the ingredients, which are designed for the marinade. A now dance :) Shake the jar until everything is well blended. Dressed beetroot and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, three for burchnall grate carrots, cut onion into small cubes and send it in a pan with boiling oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, until Golden brown.

Add tomato sauce, pickled beets, pepper and fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes more. Pour the water and let boil. Let it cool down completely.

Chop herring and spread on a plate with vegetables. Ready!
