The preparation is very simple and to help Housewives who have no oven. Meat is easy to cut, when cutting does not crumble and get quite juicy. Most importantly his dignity - is absolutely natural!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Success depends on pork meat, it must be extremely fresh "fresh". Meat needs to be washed and in any case not lard!

Bring to a boil 1.5 liters of water. Add onions and carrots.

Wait for re-boil and drop in the meat broth. The broth should completely cover it. Reduce heat and cook for 40 minutes. Then add salt, season it with Bay leaf, pepper, peas and coriander. Cook for another 20 minutes. Then leave to cool in the broth.
