Bulgarian pepper. Assorted colors. I cut only the stalk. Partitions and seeds leave.
Tomatoes. Slightly wrinkled, it is better to take fleshy, too colorful.

All grind in a meat grinder. Mix well (except the garlic, add it at the end of cooking), add the vegetable oil. On low heat, stirring occasionally, boil for 20-30 minutes.
Add ground garlic, spices, salt, sugar, vinegar. You can then 10-15 minutes under the covers. Put in sterilized jars and close tightly. I had about 3.5 liters.
