Beet vinaigrette
On the website there are similar recipes, my a little easier. Perfect as a dressing for borscht, and can be eaten just with some bread as the eggs. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 kg

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

Beets peel, grate on a fine grater

Tomatoes mince

In a saucepan combine the beets and tomatoes, add the vegetable oil and cook with the moment of boiling for 1.5 hours.

Then add the chopped garlic and chilli, sugar and salt. Cook for another 30 minutes

Finish the salad, lay in sterilized jars, roll, turn and allow it to cool. The output of 7 bottles 0.5 l ( photo half)
