Cabbage with beets and garlic
I saw "Cook" a lot of recipes similar to cabbage, but always used vinegar. My cabbage is interesting because vinegar is not needed.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    7 Tbsp

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Beets

    1 piece

Chop the cabbage into large chunks.

Beets cut into cubes (do not RUB on a grater, because the cabbage will get a sharp beetroot flavour), garlic cut into big pieces.
