Cooking
Sugar to scroll in a blender for 20 seconds, so it will be smaller, but the powder will not. Would work in a similar caster sugar, which is used abroad.
Mix well the flour with the baking powder, and salt.
Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar on high speed of mixer for five minutes. Weight should be airy and lush.
Add a third of flour mixture and mix on low speed of mixer.
Then add half the milk and again mix well.
Add another third of the flour mixture and so on until the flour and milk over. Get that kind of dough.
Add the honey and vanilla seeds.
The batter is a little stir and put in the freezer for at least an hour, you can leave and at night, which is very convenient.
Let the dough warm up a bit. Roll it to a thickness of 4 mm. Cut into squares or any other shape. Since I have the rolling pin with a pattern for the cookies, I first roll the dough with a thickness of 6 millimeters,

Cut the dough with a roller on the lines and place on sheet covered with baking paper and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
