Traplet
Unusual hearty dish with potatoes, crunchy cracklings and lots of cheese! Tried this in the French mountains. Very hearty, delicious - for real skiers and just love to eat. Quite suitable as a separate dish or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Fat

    2 slice

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick circles. Potatoes I've always like purple.

In a saucepan, bring the milk to the boil, add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.

Onion peeled, cut into thin half rings and fry in butter until transparent.

Bacon cut into cubes and fry in a pan without adding oil. At this stage in the original recipe in the pan adds a local liqueur made from larch, - I this step is skipped.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Potatoes drain in a colander and put in a refractory form.

Soy sauce TM Cccamp. Salt, pepper, seasoning herbs de Provence, stir.

Top evenly distribute the cheese.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce to 180 degrees and bake another 15 minutes.
