Soup with small meatballs. Delicious and flavorful soup.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

A range of ingredients for soup: yogurt (or kefir 3,5% -3,8% fat), butter, dried mint, round rice and meat balls.

Can make minced meat like these little (or slightly bigger) round meatballs. Actually, in the original of this recipe in the soup do not put the meatballs. This is my improvisation. Not a bad idea, we can without them, but it tastes better. I make them in advance and put in the freezer and then take it out and use it.

Now take 0,5 glass of round rice and soak in hot boiled water. Or you can cook the rice separately. But I cook with yogurt and meatballs.

Take a Teflon pan and add 2 tbsp. of kefir (yogurt). Put 1 egg.

Put 1 tablespoon of flour without slides.Carefully mix everything together, it is possible to interfere with a whisk. There should not be lumps.

Add 2 tbsp. cold water (only cold!!!!), as yogurt can curdle from the hot water. Stir and put on medium heat.

Bring soup to a boil. Stir constantly (otherwise the soup may curdle)!!!

Our soup began to boil. Merge with rice water, add to soup and stir; then put meat balls. If the rice is cooked, the soup is ready! If soup is very thick, add a little boiling water.

Prepare butter sauce: take a small pan, put 50 gr. butter.

When the butter is melt, put 1 or 2 tablespoons of dried mint. Deep fried just a couple of seconds.

This mixture added to our soup.

And at the end add salt, pepper, and the soup is ready.
