Cooking

step-0
I make the dough with a mixer with the help of tips double hook. In the bowl of a mixer put the cream cheese, add soda and mash well with a fork. To set aside for 5-10 minutes.
step-1
Beat the eggs with the salt until it foams.
step-2
Cheese with soda pour the egg mixture and mix well (until smooth).
step-3
Gradually pouring flour, knead dense dough.
step-4
Gather the dough into a ball, cover with film and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (The longer the dough stand in the refrigerator, the tenderer will be pasties).
step-5
Prepare the filling: onions skip through Mincer or grind in a blender to make puree mass. Onions need the same as minced meat!!!
step-6
Chop the garlic in any convenient way for You.
step-7
In a Cup of minced onion, garlic, chopped greens, add all the spices, salt and knead well. If the stuffing is too thick, then add a few tablespoons of water.
step-8
Divide the dough into 15 pieces, each piece of roll into a thin pellet Ø 18-20 cm On one side put 1 tbsp with a good mound of the filling, smear the dough and close the burrito. Squeeze out the air and it is good to close up the burrito.
step-9
In a deep frying pan or fryer well heat the oil and fry pasties on both sides until Golden brown. Pull out the dish with paper towel to remove excess fat.
