Ingredients

  • Flour

    420 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    180 ml

  • Brown sugar

    560 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

My spinach, I give to drain the water.

Well spinach was milled with a blender.

Combine ingredients for dry mix: flour sieved with the baking powder, salt and vanilla, mix well.

In a bowl, combine eggs and brown sugar.

Eggs with sugar beat well with a mixer. Add the olive oil and again a little whipped mass.

Divide egg mixture into 2 equal parts.

In one part add the sifted cocoa and milk (3/4 Cup); in another, the chopped spinach and milk (1/2 Cup).

Well mix both mixtures.

The dry mixture is divided into 2 equal parts, add to liquid mix.

Thoroughly stir both mixtures.

Silicone molds (diameter of my form 22 cm) grease with vegetable oil, pour into it the dough brown.

To brown batter pour green dough.

With a knife or fork slightly mix the 2 types of dough.

Bake the cake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 70-80 minutes (baking time may vary depending on the size of the cake pan and characteristics of the oven). Readiness check cake with a toothpick. Bon appétit!
