Sole
Fish casserole.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 kg

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

Cut the potatoes into small cubes, cheese grate

In boiling, lightly salted water, put the potatoes, cook until tender. As it chopped finely, then cooked quickly.

Butter in a frying pan pripuskaet spinach at the end add a little nutmeg

Spread the spinach in the form, put on top of fish fillet

Fish salt, pepper, add the juice and zest of lemon

Prepare the sauce: fry until cooked onions and carrots

Add the cream, another few minutes to evaporate and add half of grated cheese, to taste I added a teaspoon of Roquefort, but it's not for everybody

Half fill fill the fish

In boiled and slightly cooled potatoes add the rest of grated cheese, a little butter and stir, try to keep all the cubes of potato

Spread the top layer of potatoes and pour the remaining filling

Sent in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 35 minutes

Take out the finished product

Allow to cool a little and... I wanted salad with onions and just sliced tomato
