Salad
Well, the salad and the fourth of a series of "Replace the classics". And this time I turned the Mimosa. Honestly, I, in principle, the Mimosas are not very fond of ( I still eat, but some dishes are no fun), but in this version I really liked, maybe useful to You.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    0.5 cup

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 sprig

Cooking

Boil the bulgur in salted water (with a ratio of 1:2) to absorb all the liquid in the grits over medium heat. Eggs to boil.

In the salad bowl of stacked layers: the Bulgur. You can lightly grease with mayonnaise ( I never did)

From fish to drain the liquid and mash with a fork. Put bulgur. Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins grate on a coarse grater, and yolks-for small.

Proteins to put on the fish and grease it liberally with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with yolks and decorate as desired ( when I was cooking the second time, I added in the yolks still cheese, also very good.)
