Mackerel grilled
The taste is either love it or not. I belong to the second category of people. But every rule has an exception. And this is the exception I love.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The fish cut off the head, gutting and removing the ridge. Soy sauce "Kikkoman" to mix with juice and butter. Lubricate with a mixture of the pulp and skin of fish. Leave for 5 min.

Pepper and brush with ketchup and bake for a further 5 min.

Prepare on the grill until tender about 20 min., turning occasionally.

Serve immediately.
