Vanilla Panna cotta with cranberry sauce
Delicious, easy, a lot of favorite dessert. In fact, the sauce can be anything, but maybe it's the cranberry adds the Christmas mood to the dessert.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

Gelatin instant Dr. Oetker pour 3 tbsp water. In a heatproof bowl, mix the cream, milk, sugar Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool to 70 degrees. Enter gelatin. Mix well.

Pour the mixture over the shapes. Put in cold to freezing for 4 hours, I left for the night.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Cranberry punch a blender, add sugar, if necessary a little water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until thick. RUB through a sieve.
