Cooking
Cookies grind into crumbs. Butter to melt. Mix with the biscuits. Lay the form on the bottom of the parchment. Evenly distribute the biscuits on the bottom of the form. Put into the refrigerator.
Put to heat in a water bath 2st. L. gelatin. Cheese, 200g sour cream, vanilla, 5-6pcs strawberries and 100 ml of milk, beat in a blender. Add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and whisk again ( I don't really like that would be sweet, so add sugar as desired, more/less).
Remove the pan from the refrigerator. Kiwi clean, put on the bottom of the mold on top of cookie.
Main mix cottage cheese and sour cream mixture with the gelatin. Mix well and pour into the form. Put into the refrigerator.
I had small bananas, so 3, I think enough for 2 large. Cut circles. By the time I dorezal bananas weight already got pretty normal froze. So on top of it I laid out the bananas. If Your bananas start to sink a little, do not worry. Put into the refrigerator.
Mix the remaining 200 g of sour cream 100 ml of milk and 1tbsp. L. sugar. 0.5 tbsp. tablespoons gelatin heat on a water bath and mix with sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
Get the form and fill it with bananas. Put into the fridge.
Cut strawberries for decoration. Get the form from the fridge and decorate accordingly.
Make jelly according to the instructions on the package and pour all into shape. Put into the fridge for 2 hours. ( or until fully cured jelly, I have about 1.5 hours froze)
Bon appetit. For decoration used green coconut.
