Caviar beet
Preparation of a winter beet. The first time I tried it at work from a friend, and could not fail to admire, delicious appetizer with some bread for lunch for the first meal. Be prepared in proc. This recipe is useful for Housewives who are not where to store winter grown beets!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    6 kg

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Onion

    350 g

  • Salt

    12 tsp

  • Sugar

    10 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook beets until tender.

While it to cook and cool, prepare the rest of the ingredients, peel the onion.

Cut into slices tomatoes.

Onion mince and stew in a saucepan with vegetable oil.

When the onions becomes soft, add minced tomatoes and if there is a chili pepper of Cayenne.

Mince all the beets and add it into the boiling mass. Everything simmer about 15 minutes, then add, salt, sugar, pepper to taste stir everything up and add vinegar, boil another 20 minutes and spread on sterile banks.

But winter does not need to cook separately and long beet, opened a jar and it's on the table!!! ALL A PLEASANT APPETITE!!!
