Carrots cleaned to grate on cucumbers (I like the grater in the photo, it all rubs smooth cubes)
In a saucepan boil water, drop the carrots in water and boil for 10-12 minutes (the water is approximately 2 litres, it is the components not included). Continue to throw the carrots in a colander and leave for some time to drain all excess liquid.
Rinse the same pan and lay all ingredients for the syrup:sugar, honey, juice of 2 oranges, water. Boil the syrup for 6-7 minutes. Then add the carrots into the boiling syrup and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour the almonds (you can take 150 to 200 grams) with hot water, leave the almonds for about 10 minutes. Again, throw the almonds in a sieve (colander) and clean from the shell.
To further define the composition, continue to cook or not. I had to cook a little more. For 2 to 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add the almonds and the juice of one lemon ( in the components of the lemon I also not indicated ). Lay on clean jars. I keep jam in the fridge, that it has always been cool. Why? Because the best option of filing such a jam is with the thick й0гуртом Greek type (10%).
