Lecho with mushrooms
A tasty preparation for the winter, of peppers, tomatoes, and autumn mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1.5 kg

  • Tomato

    0.7 kg

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Pepper peel, wash, cut into strips. Washed tomatoes cut into 2-4 pieces.

Tomatoes skip through Mincer.

In a saucepan put the chopped pepper, tomato mass. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil.

Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.

Add the cooked mushrooms and black pepper, cook for another 20 minutes.

3 minutes until cooked, do not add the full teaspoon of vinegar.

Hot to expand Lecho in sterilized jars.

Roll up metal covers.
