Cooking
Boil the rice until tender.
Zucchini (green and yellow) to wash.
Grate on a medium grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add the egg, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth. Fry 4 pancakes in vegetable oil.
