Roast chicken with lemon and feta cheese
I was not the first time trying this combination of products, so no doubt a good result. Love chicken with lemon. And in combination with cheese and aromatic oregano, it is just magical! Chicken baked with potatoes and tomatoes, so on a garnish it is possible not to worry.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken's leg

    4 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Green olives

    0.75 cup

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 220 gr. Potatoes put on the bottom of the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper.

Crumble the cheese, add oregano, zest and lemon juice. Mash with a fork.

Carefully lift the skin and put it under about 2 tsp of the cheese mass. Lightly RUB the skin so that the filling is evenly distributed beneath it.

Put the chicken on the potatoes. Bake 30 minutes - 40.

Then add to the chicken the tomatoes and olives. Pepper. I'm still at this stage smeared the chicken with a little oil to make it stronger flushed. Bake another 10 - 20 minutes until cooked chicken.
