Cooking
Yeast dough I, as usual, are kneaded using a bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, half slightly beaten eggs, softened butter, sugar, salt, honey (if honey is thick, it is possible to heat in the microwave).
Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
When the dough get mixed up, shift it into a bowl, cover with a film
And give it to rise in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2-3 times.
Then shift the dough on the table, knead well.
Divide into 5 equal parts.
Formed from pieces of dough balls.
Cover them with foil and give them rest for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling, I planned to use candy "Cow", bought in advance a pack of candy, son saw them, had to buy one. He noticed where I removed them... When yesterday morning before all were rescued, began to bake, and it came to toppings... well, there was only 2 candies! Well that was stashed somewhere safe soft iris.
Iris or candy cut into pieces with a knife.
Take one piece of dough, roll out a circle with a diameter of about 17-18 cm
Cut off from the circle about 1/3 part.
Divide a small portion into 4 parts, one of which is a little more than others.
Larger formed the head of a lamb, of the three remaining formed flagella, one of which must be longer than the others.
The long flagellum is coiled in a spiral, the remaining two cut in half is legs.
For the remaining most part of rolled dough on one half put the candy.
Around the candy dough is smeared with the remainder of the dough with egg (for the filling, if possible, not escape).
Fold the dough in half, paste edges.
With a knife make notches at the rounded side.
Legs of lamb are placed under part of dough with the filling, put the dough wrapped in a spiral, and the head.
Put the lamb on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet.
Cover the rolls with foil and give them a warm place to increase in volume by 2 times.
Grease the dough with beaten egg.
Bake rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-18 minutes until Golden brown (baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven). Allow them to cool.
Package or wrap to cover the head of a lamb, sprinkle the open part of the bun with powdered sugar through a strainer.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in a number of techniques, paint each lamb in one eye. Hurray!!! Ready!!! All a pleasant appetite!
