My mom learned to make gnocchi one old Jew, so in our family they respectfully referred to as the "Jewish Dumpling". With them the taste of the simple soup becomes richer and more interesting, what can we say about the broth!

Cooking
Very simple and tasty, especially the dumplings like the ones. So our minimum food :)
I'm on 2.5 litres of soup always make two portions, i.e., take 2 eggs and 6-7 spoons of semolina.
Mix the egg and semolina, add a pinch of salt.
On a heated pan put a spoon small pancakes: the smaller they are, the better. Be aware that the dumpling soup "swell" even more. Fry in vegetable oil literally half a minute: allow to brown and flip.
... and drop in a pot of soup or broth for a few minutes before it (the soup) is ready.
