Homemade, salted, vkusnenkoe.....

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Fish thawed halfway

carve the rump roast,

sprinkle with coarse salt, quite generously,

flatten, put on 2 hours in the cold.

Onions cut into half rings.

Salt fish, rinse, cut skumbrija pieces. Stacked layers: fish, onion, Bay leaf (I threw another rosemary leaf... once was), oil (3 table spoons)...

...and so on, put all. I'm doing a jar with a sealed lid. Withstanding 5 hours (night).
