Salted brisket
The wonderful aromatic spices of TM Forester are great not only for cooking on the grill. They will decorate any meat treat! Pleasure to present a signature recipe for my husband.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    300 g

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Spices

    0.333 pack

The brisket (it is better to choose a fat with layers of meat) cut into large pieces.

To prepare the brine: in boiling water add salt, chopped 4 garlic cloves, pepper, cumin, Bay leaf and boil for 5 minutes.

The rest of the garlic cut into thin cubes and lard the breast. Place the bacon in the warm marinade.

Leave the brisket in the marinade for a day at room temperature, then hold for two more days in the refrigerator, occasionally turning the pieces.

Ready fat dry, generously roll them in spices for meat TM Forester, wrap in parchment or a clean cotton cloth and send another day in the freezer. It turns out a wonderful snack!
