Salad with salmon and smoke aroma
I want to suggest to the new year's table a delicious layered salad. It can be cooked with different ingredients - it's delicious in any form. And the scent of smoke gives it the smoked cheese

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Cheese sausage

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

A piece of salmon (I had salmon) boil in salted water with a little lemon juice and salt. Let cool and mash it with a fork, removing all bones

Tomato cut finely

Grate smoked sausage cheese (it will give flavor to the salad)

Salad leaves finely chop

For easy filling, mix two kinds of mustard (grainy and regular) with lemon juice, soy sauce and oil

If you want a heavier dressing, instead of oil use Mayo

Put the salad layers, sprinkling each layer with dressing to your taste. Egg finely chop and sprinkle the salad on top, or cut into circles (like me)
