Rice-vegetable soup with meatballs
Quick and easy to prepare, delicious and hearty soup that is great as a first course at a dinner for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

In forcemeat add the egg, salt, pepper, knead well. From the resulting mass to form meatballs.

Rice bags TM "Mistral" boil until cooked (according to package) in boiling salted water.

Onions and carrots cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil on high heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.

Salted broth, bring to a boil, add meatballs, cook 15 minutes.

In the soup add the Brussels sprouts, cook for 5 minutes.

Add sauteed vegetables, rice, salt, pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
