This recipe is quite famous, but here it is not. I first saw him in Oprah magazine about 10 years ago. Very simple and easy to prepare dessert. The taste is awesome!!!Who has not tried highly recommend. Interesting flavor combination of hot and cold. )))

The sugar syrup

Ready biscuit Korzh put in the split form. (You can use any fireproof surface).
The impregnated cake with syrup. (I used raspberry).
I used raspberry syrup.
On top of the cake spread ice cream spoon(ice cream should be very firm), shifting the berries. Whip whites, add one drop of lemon juice, gradually add the sugar and beat in a strong, stable foam.
Then cover the whites and put in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes!!!(Proteins will "seize" and become crisp and ice cream will not be melted).
Lightly browned and serve immediately on the table. Cut into pieces and ...enjoy. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
