Eateries muffins with corn and tuna
Reviewed all the recipes eateries muffins, but have not found. Muffins turn out very tender, soft, with a creamy cheese flavor and a sprinkling of corn and tuna, very quickly prepared and not stale! Try to cook they must, they are delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Tuna

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Soft cheese

    70 g

  • Cream cheese

    70 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

Cooking

With corn and tuna to drain the excess fluid.

Cheese cut into small cubes or grated, you can use any cheese, and one of a kind.

Sift flour with baking powder, add salt and spices. If the cheese is very salty, put less salt.

Separately whisk cream, eggs, vegetable oil and cream cheese until smooth, add to the flour.

Then add the corn and the dry herbs, stir.

If not silicone molds, grease them with oil. Then with a spoon put a little test somewhere before the half, put some cheese and a slice of tuna on top, add some more dough and a little cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven 180 deg. about 20 min.

Here they are ready. PS I Want to add that "fish" taste of the muffins is not at all!!! The tuna here tastes rather chicken like.
