Veal cut into strips;
Cucumber cut into strips;
Avocado peel and cut into strips;
Onions cut into thin half-rings;
Kiwi clean and cut into strips;
All combine and mix gently with a fork;
Spread cuts verrina (they should be no more than 2-3 tbsp);
For dressing mix oil, soy sauce and mustard;
Pour sliced dressing just before serving;
