Cooking
Meat cut into large chunks, season with salt and pepper and fry on the grill. Or as You like. It does not matter.
Tomatoes grate up to the skin, melt in the butter, pour the tomatoes, wine and add the sugar. Steam on medium heat for five minutes.
Stir in cream a tablespoon of flour. Lumps should not be.
200 ml to dissolve 1 tsp. coffee.
In tomatoes pour the coffee, season with salt and pepper. Heat a couple of minutes.
Now pour in the cream, add the dill, stir. The sauce will thicken.
Fried pieces of meat put in the sauce and warmed in the sauce over low heat for a few minutes. And you can just pour the meat sauce. Very, very tasty and unusual, of course!!!
