Appetizer of trout with soy sauce
Wonderful salad in the frame of salted fish. Try it, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Arugula

    40 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

It's very simple. The molding ring is placed on the plate. Lay out in forming a ring of thinly sliced trout on the sides of the ring.

Cut the trout, avocado, orange cubes, add the shrimp and arugula.

Prepare the dressing. Soy sauce mix with honey, mustard and lemon juice, mix thoroughly. Add the olive oil. The dressing is ready.

In the filling add 1-2 tablespoons of the filling and stir. Spread in a ring of stuffing.

Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes, remove ring and decorate with arugula. Pour the dressing.
